Tell me if this sounds familiar:
You go to a physical therapist looking for answers and guidance for an injury…on the evaluation, your therapist spends 10 minutes with you (mainly typing) and gives you a generic set of exercises to do without really explaining to you what’s going on or why. You go 2-3x a week for 6-8 weeks (at the same time your therapist is treating 2 others) then at the end, you kind of feel better, but still aren’t sure of the root cause, and still have some residual pain.
This happens way too often, and I have to admit, as a young clinician, I was also sold on the “see as many as you can to make your numbers better” idea in order to look better for my director.
As I’ve evolved as a clinician with my skill set, I’ve also evolved with my mindset. This is why I broke away from the PT mill and started T.2.

With this evaluation, we will find the root cause of your pain, and formulate a personalized treatment plan that best fits you. More importantly, you will know the “why” in order to prevent future injuries.
